As my mind wrestles with all the questions, fear has not overtaken me. I continue to lean into Him. He is my Rock. His ways are perfect. His timing is trustworthy. He sees me. He hears me.

You should never go to God because he’s useful. Go because he’s beautiful. And yet there’s nothing more useful than finding God beautiful.

He has conquered the enemy and He has conquered death. The work has already been completed and He sits at the right hand of the Father. Do you see it? He isn’t in the throne room of heaven, wringing his hands and pacing back and forth. He is seated on His throne; the work is finished!

Jesus himself drew near and went with them.
